What is your shipping policy?

  • All orders will ship after 3-5 business days** and can take longer during sale times. With this in mind, products are liable to be out of stock at any given time of the month or simply unavailable based on what is pre-made and ready to ship. We want you to get your goodies as soon as possible and we are willing to work three times as hard to ensure this. Emails are sent automatically and can end up in your spam folder, so please check spam and junk folders in the email used at time of purchase. Please keep this in mind, especially during high volume (sale) times, which may take a little longer to ship out items. If you order during a sale, please expect 10-18 business days for your order to be shipped. Orders processed with additional items added during the process will take few additional days depending on the which stage your item is in processing.

 

More Shipping Information:

  • Emails are sent at the time of purchase and at the time of shipment (providing a tracking number). Some orders placed via PayPal do not receive automated emails, if you do not receive a confirmation email, and a shipment email, please contact customer service via email so we can service you.

  • Jade & Fox Co ships through USPS, other carriers can be made available by request.

  • Multiple orders placed within processing time may be combined under the circumstances it is flagged in our system and caught by our associates. During this time period, processing time will be extended in order to group all transactions.

  • Orders requiring signatures should email jadefoxhelp@gmail.com

**A business day is Monday-Friday and does not include holidays.

 

Returns?

 

  • All sales are final unless an error occurred on the half of Jade & Fox Co..

  • No Returns will be provided or Discounts will be provided for missed sales.

  • If an item is returned to our location due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will charge a reshipment fee.

Items in my order are broken, what do I do?

All packages are shipped Priority Mail and insured through USPS. This includes broken, damaged, or missing items.

Stolen items are not insured through USPS or Jade & Fox Co.

If your package has arrived damaged, please send photographic evidence, along with pertinent order information to jadefoxhelp@gmail.com
